The partnership initiative of these three professionals came up with the purpose of providing comprehensive and whole solutions, where the client obtains appropriate answers and attention regarding design, construction, management, financing and investment. Continuous successes within their individually obtained experience have helped each one of them and their businesses, in order to obtain important benefits as well as recognition.


Fernando Delgado Amengual

Born in Caracas, on April, 1955. In 1979, he graduates from the School of Architecture at Universidad Central de Venezuela. In 1980, he completes the Maintenance Management course at Universidad Simón Bolívar. In 1985, he registers for different courses in Real Estate Valuations and Appraisals, at the Instituto de Sistemas Gerenciales. Between 1981 and 1991 he works and promotes diverse real estate projects. In 1992 joins Banesco banking group as Partner Director and President of Banesco-Banco Hipotecario and First Vice-President of Central Hipotecaria, (an adjoining mortgage company). In 1997 he participates together with Grupo Fincheltub and Promociones DGR, in the promotion and development of real estate projects in Caracas and Maturín. In the year 2000, joins Constructora Alyalca as partner, and in 2002, together with Alejandro Gonzalez and Oscar Diquez they open ADGD.


Alejandro González Mijares

Born in Caracas on October, 1961. In 1986 he graduates at Universidad Metropolitana as a Civil Engineer. In 1986 he starts his professional practice in the firm of Engineer Daniel Mijares, where he later becomes a partner. In 1995, he forms Constructora Graco; and in 1997, he joins Promociones DGR-MD group, in order to promote and develop house projects in the city of Caracas. In 1998 he creates Alyalca, the construction firm, where the idea of forming ADGD comes from.


Oscar Diquez Larrazabal

Born in Caracas on May, 1956. In 1980 graduates from Universidad Simon Bolivar, with a degree in Architecture. Between 1981 and 1982 he completes a Masters Degree in the same field, at Berkeley University, California. In 1983 he joins Diquez, González y Rivas firm as a partner. From 1984 to 2002 he works as leading architect of some of the most important projects of the firm, including Caurimare Tepui, the extension of the Tamanaco Hotel and the Corporate Headquarters for Procter & Gamble. In 1987 ,Promociones DGR was established , to promote and develop house construction projects in Caracas. In the year 2002 he establishes ADGD - Delgado, González y Diquez, where he has performed his professional practice since.
